Every sincere student from early life fosters a desire to become something when they would be grown up. With time, this desire mostly becomes stronger. A career is the series of jobs or work that a person completes in his or her lifetime. So, a person should choose a profession that he or she has a strong desire or aspiration for.
Availability of required skills

So, along with aspiration, it is also mandatory to have the skills or qualifications to join a particular profession. For example, to be a teacher one must have the liking to explain & convince others.
Growth of the industry
It is also important to check the growth of the industry to begin career. Before choosing a career one must assess if the industry to work within, has potential to grow with time or not. A good position in a declining industry is not a wise career decision!
Challenges of the job

This is extremely important because, initially a job looks attractive & enriching by looking at the lifestyle of the employees but reality might not be only that. There could be difficulty which a candidate might not be aware of.
Monetary benefits
Ultimately it is the money that motivates people. With time, a person’s needs & wants increase only. So, one should choose a career that has the scope of augmented earning with time.
